Shanna  graduated from Miami University with bachelor’s degrees in Decision  Sciences and Human Resource Management. She has over 20 years of  business experience managing teams, projects and processes. Her career  started in Buying and Retail Merchandising before evolving to Sourcing,  Product Development and Creative Direction within the realm of consumer  goods. Leveraging her rich and diverse background, she now lends her  experience to the IT domain, offering insights that will enhance the  development of products while overseeing the entirety of each project.  Alongside her husband, Brian, Shanna runs their bustling household with  two sons, Cade and Colton.
