Foundations and
First Steps

Kick off with an introduction to Power Pages and the Design Studio. Discover when to use Power Pages, explore real-world examples, and build a site from scratch. Learn to leverage Copilot, understand web page anatomy, and get hands-on experience.

DAY TWO

Authentication and
Data Integration

Learn about authentication, including Azure B2C, other third-party authentication methods, and custom authentication. Understand how to collect and display information from Dataverse using forms and lists. Grasp how to use account and contact tables, table permissions, and web roles for security. Find out how to embed Power BI into your Power Pages for better data visualization.

DAY THREE

Advanced Tools and
Pro Code

Explore the Power Pages Management Studio, working with content snippets, web templates, and PCF controls. Extend Power Pages functionality using pro-code techniques like Web API, Liquid, and custom templates.

No prior experience is required. 

To execute the labs or any of the concepts learned in class, you will need access to Power Pages in your own environment. If you do not have access, we offer the ability to purchase a development environment add-on for $150. This add-on provides access to Power Pages for 2 months for testing purposes (no production solutions allowed). Contact us at training@powerapps911.com for a link to purchase.

With a natural curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, she enjoys helping others achieve their goals and thrives on challenges. Anthony Apodaca

Anthony started his career in IT when attending Colorado State University studying Computer Information Systems and working at Geek Squad. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, Anthony went on to become a computer support technician contractor at the United States Air Force Academy, where he would then move on to be the Web Manager for the Dean of Faculty. Anthony has been working in the Power Platform extensively for the past 3 years with knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. He also was recently recognized by the Air Force innovation partner AFWERX, and introduced low code/no-code development at the Air Force Academy. Anthony lives in Colorado with his wife, Chelsea, and their three children; all under the age of 5. When not watching “Baby Shark,” Anthony enjoys watching football and Formula 1 racing with the family.
