Copilot Jumpstart
Save Hours Every Week with Microsoft 365 Copilot
For Business Users
You’re already spending your day in Teams meetings, buried in Outlook emails, working in Excel, and digging through SharePoint.
Now imagine if Copilot actually helped with all of that.
Not in a “cool demo” way… but in a real, every day, this-actually-saves-you-time kind of way.
That’s exactly what this class is about.
This is not a technical deep dive. You’re not going to build apps, write code, or configure anything complicated.
Instead, you’re going to learn hands-on how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot the way real business users are using it today to get more done, faster, with less effort.
If you can write an email, you can use everything in this class.

What We’ll Cover
We’ll focus on the tools that are delivering the biggest productivity gains right now:
Copilot Chat
Your starting point. Learn how to quickly research, summarize, and create content. We’ll also show you how to get dramatically better results just by changing how you prompt it.
You’ll also get a look at the built-in agents like Researcher and Analyst for deeper insights.
Hands-on lab: Create a new company policy using Copilot to help you from research to creation to notifying the team.
Copilot Cowork
This is where things get interesting.
Copilot stops being something you chat with… and starts doing real work for you.
You’ll learn how to:
-
Create and update documents automatically
-
Research companies, contacts, and opportunities
-
Build simple reusable skills (no technical experience required)
-
Schedule tasks to run even when you’re not there
Hands-on lab: Give Cowork some news sites, say go check them for Copilot news in the last week, and create a Word Doc executive summary.
Copilot in Teams, Outlook, and Excel
These are the tools you use every day, so this is where you’ll see some of the fastest wins.
We’ll cover:
-
Meeting recaps that actually save you time
-
Writing better emails in less time
-
Using Excel Copilot to analyze data and build insights
Hands-on lab: Take a real Excel dataset and use Copilot to turn it into something meaningful by adding columns, formulas, formatting, and a dashboard.
SharePoint AI Tools
Your files and content are sitting in SharePoint. Now you can actually do something with them.
We’ll show you how to:
-
Use Knowledge Agents to chat over your content
-
Use AI Columns to extract structured data from documents
-
Create repeatable “skills” to automate content processing
Real-World Examples That are Driving this Course
This isn’t theory. These are real scenarios from real roles:
-
