We’ll zero in on a “quick win” solution, something you can build, launch, and improve fast, using Microsoft tools.
The solution should be internal facing.
Examples:
A conversational agent for answering questions based on a small set of documents, faq content, or SharePoint site.
An autonomous agent for analyzing and categorizing incoming data
Using AI builder to scan and process invoices or documents to extract data
Adding an AI prompt to an existing Canvas app or Cloud flow
Help a Project Management team incorporate M365 Copilot for Teams recordings, recaps, and tasks into their existing work stream.
Build
We design, build, and test your first solution.
Build
Your consultant will spend up to 10 hours creating your quick-win solution. We’ll focus on what moves the needle: high-impact features, clean building, and practical testing so you can start using it right away.
If possible, give us access to an account in your tenant. This lets us build directly on your data so your team can start using the solution immediately. If not, no problem: we’ll build in ours and then move everything over. Just note it can take a little longer.
Don’t worry if your licensing isn’t all set yet. Many Microsoft AI tools let you use trial versions. During planning, we’ll help you figure out what works best based on the licenses you have available.
The goal here is to get something you can start using ASAP!

Launch, train your team, and show off the results!
Deploy and Test
We’ll publish your solution to selected users for feedback and ideas (1 hour). Then, we’ll do a knowledge transfer (another hour) so your team feels confident owning and improving it long term.
Plan for the Future
After gathering user feedback, we’ll use the final hour to review insights and map out future enhancements and next steps.
