How to build a Conversational Agent
Yes! In the first section Shane showed an awesome IT Helpdesk agent, now time to learn how to build it. And while it is geared to someone building their first agent, don’t worry he sprinkled in plenty of intermediate techniques to make sure everyone learns something. Adaptive cards, Power FX, oData queries, variables, and connectors. Lot’s of moving parts to help you learn.
How to build an Autonomous Agent
Now learn step-by-step how to build an agent that runs on its own to triage incident reports. Triggered by a flow this agent then pulls in all of the details, uses agent builder to view the image, and then escalates as necessary. Very powerful and very detailed, this build took Shane the longest to create.
Using YOUR Power Platform Skills
​This section takes a deeper look at all of the ways your Power FX and Power Automate skills are directly used when building Custom Agents and Agent Flows.
