Problem 

A mid‑sized construction and real estate company struggled with the manual, repetitive work required to set up each new sales opportunity and project. For every construction engagement, staff needed to create Office 365 groups, configure SharePoint sites, establish Microsoft Teams channels, and build out the correct file structures. • Created the necessary Office 365 group and corresponding permissions 

• Stood up a SharePoint site with a standardized file structure 

• Generated a Microsoft Teams workspace and assigned the correct members 

• Distributed notifications to the appropriate project team members 

• Ensured data and structure alignment between CRM, Office 365, and SharePoint
