Ryan  has spent the majority of his career in non-profits where he leveraged  the incredible efficiencies and capabilities of the Power Platform to  advance mission-driven objectives. Alongside the Power Platform, Ryan  has spent over 25 years as a full stack web developer, experience that  influences his creative process of making Power Apps that are both  functional and beautiful.  He is passionate about volunteerism and  serving others, having launched a coffee shop dedicated to raising funds  for at-risk children and led teams to volunteer across America and in  Nicaragua, Mexico, and Ukraine. Ryan is an unapologetic nerd but a  creative at heart. He has two music degrees, plays several instruments,  and has been a featured tenor soloist at Carnegie Hall. In his free  time, he loves to be outdoors with his wife and three school-age  children in the mountains near their home in central Colorado. He's an  avid downhill skier and has led 15+ ski retreats in Colorado as well as  Schladming, Austria where he packs a separate suitcase just to bring  home extra chocolate.
