Stephen  Schuster has been developing solutions for over 30 years.  A double  major in Engineering and Biology he initially started his career as a  typical software developer. Eventually, he expanded into web development  and data analytics. When SharePoint was first released he saw the  potential the platform had and migrated to a solely Microsoft solution  provider while still maintaining deep development experience and has  been developing across Power Platform, Azure, and SharePoint for the  last 25 years.

Throughout  his career, he has focused on system implementations, migrations,  custom solution development, and eventually Power Platform architecture  and development.

He has provided solutions for organizations across the globe and has deep insights into HealthCare, HIT, Insurance, and Pharma.

Lately,  he has been focused on helping organizations grapple with Governance  across the M365 platforms with specific emphasis on CI/CD efforts across  Power Platform, Security, Auditing, and overall platform governance  (both with and without COE).
